VALUES

Values state how we will operate as a family ON and OFF the Hill. Out of the many values that could have been stated, these particular values are of most importance to Church on the Hill. Anyone joining the family is also pledging loyalty to these values as the way in which they will carry out ministry.

Prayer

Because Jesus leads the church, ministry will be dependent on and driven by the Holy Spirit through prayer.

Unity

Because Jesus calls for unity in the church, we will stay informed about other ministries and churches in the Silicon Valley and joyfully cheer them on.

Innovation

Because Jesus spoke in relevant ways, we will take calculated risks to communicate and lead in creative and new ways in a tech-savvy society.

Integrity

Because Jesus IS the truth and TOLD the truth while respecting the dignity of people, we will be authentic and honest with all people.

Excellence

Because Jesus entrusted the Church with the high calling of sharing the Gospel, we will do ministry with excellence.
