Fall 2016, Week 4
Leaders we are at the end of the community group sign up time so next week groups and sign ups will no longer be listed online. If you have someone who really wants to join your group please let me know and we will go from there. Other than that please turn your focus to really building the relationships and trust within your group and encourage the depth and vulnerability as there will not be new people adding in and changing the dynamic. With it being the transition time the questions will start to be a little deeper and intended to push people out of their comfort zones a bit more. This is also the last week of the Table Talk series so please recap and remember what we have covered in the past four weeks. Enjoy your time together this week!
