Spring Week 6 New Life

Leaders,

This week we’ll be spending time in Romans 8:14–25, a passage that centers on identity, adoption, and the hope that carries us through waiting and suffering. The questions are based around the contrast between striving for approval and living as children who are already secure in the Father’s love, as well as on the reality that suffering is part of the family story—not a sign of failure. You’ll notice the week moves from identity to honest groaning, and then toward hope expressed through generosity, service, celebration, and encouragement. The goal isn’t to resolve tension but to sit faithfully in it together, remembering that our inheritance is certain even while it’s not yet fully seen. We need to remember, as Paul says in Romans 8:18, that what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.”

This is Serve Experience week so please remember to take pictures of your serving projects.  Have a great week!
