Racial Justice graphic - hearts.jpg

Racial equality and justice is not a political issue; it is a Kingdom issue, a Biblical issue.

As Christ followers, we are called to be people of one mind and one heart, who are directed by the mind of Christ and love our neighbors as ourselves. We long to act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with our God (Micah 6:8).

To do this, we recognize that there are important battles that must take place both within our hearts and in the structures and systems of the world around us, so that we can fully embody Christ’s purpose and passion in every area of life.

Below are some resources to help us engage with the history of our nation and the Church in perhaps a new way that recognizes there is a pandemic of systemic racism we must face.

May these move us to listen, learn, and lean in, so we can see transformation begin in our hearts, families, church, government, and society.
