Fall Week 8 Life Giving Habits
I hope this season has gone well for you so far. This week should be a significant week for groups now and hopefully in the future as we are talking about community this week and what it means and looks like to have a truly loving and Christ-centered community. With that we are asking everyone to raise the bar and go deeper. We are asking people to let down the walls we all hold and be honest and real about where we are. As leaders we are not just asking others to do this, but we need to make sure we are intentionally seeking God and asking Him if there is something more we should be sharing with the group.
As a reminder, with the expectation of things going deeper this week, it may be a good time to remind everyone that when hard things are shared, it is not the group's job to try and fix it. It is also not the time to try to use humor to lighten the mood. Listeners just need to listen, show support, and ask questions to help dig into whatever is being shared.
