Tools for answering tough questions about your Christian faith

July 1-Aug. 19, 2026

When: Wednesdays at 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Where: In the Fellowship Hall

Book: $13 at first session

Have you ever been asked difficult questions about the Bible or your Christian faith, and weren’t sure how to answer? We are called to defend our beliefs in an intelligent way, but many Christians don’t know where to start or feel inadequate. If this has been your experience, help is on the way. We are starting a class with interactive sessions this summer that addresses many of the questions skeptics challenge believers with about the truth of what they believe. The first class begins on Wednesday, July 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Hope to see you there.

Topics:

  1. Can we prove the existence of God?

  2. Was Jesus God? (Liar, Lunatic, Lord)

  3. Why does the resurrection matter? Is there evidence he rose from the grave?

  4. Is Jesus the only way to God? What about those who have never heard of him? What about people who lived before Christ? What about infants and morally ill people?

  5. Christianity vs. other religions

  6. If God is loving, why does He allow bad things to happen to people? The problem of evil in the world. Does a loving God send people to hell?

  7. How do we know the Bible is accurate (Part 1)? Biographical Proof. What about contradictions and errors?

  8. How do we know the Bible is accurate (Part 2)? Do archeology, science, and historical events support the Bible?
